Nattome is a food product made mainly from plant-based ingredients, with no medicinal ingredients, and most people take it without any problems. In the first few days some people notice softer stools, more frequent bowel movements or mild bloating, because of the added fibre and postbiotics. If this happens, start with half a sachet and increase slowly. If it lasts more than a week, stop and contact us. DH and DR contain fermented soy, so they are not suitable if you have a soy allergy.
Nattome is 100% lactose-free. We use soy milk and oat milk, not dairy, so it’s safe even for people who are lactose sensitive. Fully plant-based, gentle on the stomach, and suitable for daily use.
For better options, we recommend the Oat or Black Sesame flavors of Nattome DH (Digestive Health), which contain only 1.0g of sugar per serving. There’s no added sugar, the mild sweetness comes naturally from the oat milk itself.
Nattome DR (Digestive Remedy)contains just 0.3g of sugar per serving.
All Nattome products are not medications and contain no medicinal ingredients. If your blood sugar is stable, we suggest no more than one sachet a day, ideally in place of a usual carbohydrate such as bread at breakfast, and checking your blood sugar afterwards. However, always consult your physician before starting any new supplement.
