Shipping policy

Our delivery lead time is 2 - 3 working days* after payment is confirmed. If the order and payment was made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the delivery will be on the subsequent Monday or Tuesday.

WM: 5 – 12 working days*
EM: 18 – 22 working days*(only applicable for Poslaju**)
*Working days do not include public holidays.

**Due to the effect of Covid-19, flight schedules to East Malaysia could be disrupted and might cause the delivery to East Malaysia to be delayed.

How much is the delivery fee?

West Malaysia   : RM 8.00
East Malaysia     : RM 10.00 - RM 20.00
