燕麦豆粉，不会很细腻，因为燕麦的关系吧。想喝主要是听说有改善胃不适的问题，外面很多代理卖的价钱稍微高但有资讯追踪这些服务，我已经喝完一盒，有帮助我早上吃不下时代替早餐不会让胃受苦😂。不会难喝，有淡淡的豆香，有燕麦口感比较粗。下次要试试其他口味的。
